Africa – the 2nd largest continent in the world, with over 50 countries.
A continent full of diverse culture marks its stand as one of the most fruitful lands in the world, with regards to history, culture and resources. Africa, holds richness in gold, oil, diamond, timber, boxite, cocoa etc.
The list goes on and on of what Africa has to offer.
There are many unique and distinctive facts about Africa. For one, Africa is a home of over 1500 different languages and is a continent that holds the world’s oldest populated areas.
As mentioned, the continent, known for its diversity, richness in food and culture can be depicted from country to country and or clan to clan. Ultimately, African’s take pride in their culture and history. To exemplify this and metaphorically speaking, the people of Ghana, call this “Sankofa”. Literally, meaning “Go Back and Get It”.

African music and movement vary because of the wide breadth of cultural influences across the continent.
SlimFlex – he is a Ghanaian Afro Pop Singer. He will be performing at Carabram Saturday night at 10:30 pm.
Djoda from the Congo, right, and will be performing on Saturday July 13th at 9:00 pm and Sunday July 14th @ 1:30 pm.
Drummer Angelo from Cote D’Voire will be performing on Sunday July 14th @ 3:30 pm.

Purchase your passport online with ease. We have a variety of payment options. All online purchases will receive a confirmation email including your receipt, which can only be redeemed for a passport at the customer service desk at Century Gardens Recreation Centre, 340 Vodden St E, Brampton, ON L6V 2N2.
In order to receive your passport you must provide a print copy of your receipt (Included in the confirmation email) and a piece of ID.
